General of the FU YU Nation, TOR LUI, is attracted by the strong weapon, God Dragon Order Plate, from the God Arrow Villa. LUI goes to the Central part of China. He aims to take a look of the God Dragon Order Plate and sees whether he could defeat it. He is being refused. He decides to use force. The villa section head, LUNG CHING, wants to seize the throne and capture the God Dragon Order Plate. The villa master sees through his plot and pretends to be poisoned.
