Coppola and Marciano, on duty at the hospital, come across a young girl hospitalized for a wound to her hand. The doctor, however, is certain that the injury was caused by a cutting weapon. After listening to the teacher who accompanied the young woman to the emergency room, Coppola suspects that the girl is hiding something. Sciacca and Ciccone look for possible witnesses among the schoolmates. Could it be an episode of bullying? Vitale investigates the disappearance of his friend, the owner of the nightclub where Gabriele works. The inspector is convinced that Malinconico killed him after discovering that he was collaborating with the police. In the meantime, Battiston is pressured by the deputy commissioner Greco who demands concrete results. So, they decide to wiretap the cell phones of the boss's pushers and Matteo, more stubborn than ever, has an important intuition. Gabriele, unemployed again, accepts Malinconico's offer and starts working in his bar.
